The new silica standard can be rather confusing to some, so OSHA decided to help out by updating their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page. In order to assist employers and employees with compliance on this new standard, OSHA worked with industry and union stakeholders to create and update the FAQ page. It is broken down by topic, with a short paragraph to provide some background information about the regulation requirements.
