XO Safety — Downloads and File Help

Where is my download?

If the product you ordered includes a download, the download link is on your order confirmation page.

You will also receive a separate email with the download link. Check your spam folder if you do not see that email.

I already downloaded it but can't find the file.

You are looking for a file already saved on your device, rather than a new download link. Which device and browser did you use to download it?

Why can't I save changes to the downloaded files?

Move or extract the files out of the downloaded ZIP folder before editing and saving changes.

My downloaded file won't open or is unreadable.

Which filename and file type are you trying to open, and are you using a computer, phone or tablet?

An unreadable file is different from a file that opens but cannot be edited.

Can written safety policies be edited?

Written safety policies are supplied in Microsoft Word and can be edited in Word. Extract downloaded files from their ZIP folder before editing.
