Forklift Operator Training Video Compliance Kit

ONly thing I seen that was a little concerning, was as the trainer is telling you not to move with a load in the air the operator is doing just that. Kind of a do I say, Not what I do moment, other than that great video.

Great training material, easy to follow and understand!
The USB card is super neat, but it took me a few minutes to figure out since it was my first time seeing one like it.

The video was not as safety driven as I was expecting. I am the trainer in a factory of over 250 employees where we work in tight quarters. The drivers in the video were going too fast, traveling forwards with loads too high, traveling while lifting and lowering loads into and out of racking and so forth but most parts were good. Would not purchase again.

Great base material makes it much easier to keep up to date once tailored to your needs.

In todays market it's difficult if not impossible to find experienced staffing. If you can get someone they need to be trained in every aspect of what they are doing and the risk associated with that. A forklift can hurt someone in an instant as well as a trained operator is an asset, so there's the problem once I find someone how do I get them to speed quickly. I found what I needed in this packet and downloaded it as soon as I purchased it and .received a hard copy not long after. Everything I needed in one place and I liked it so well I purchased other compliance kits to further enhance our training abilities.
